Relevant information can also be found in land registers from the 16th to the 19th centuries. From later periods, the following files exist: documents about the relationship of the Christian political community with the Jewish political community and negotiations regarding their amalgamation in 1850-1887, a dispute between the Christian and Jewish communities in 1890, amalgamation of the Christian and Jewish communities in 1918-1920. There are also records of assisting commissions for Jews who fled from Germany in 1933, along with notices about Galicia and Bukovina refugees in 1917. From the Holocaust period, the mentions are of refugees from the border areas in 1938, identification of Germans and Jews and their property from 1943 to 1945.
- Archival history:
- The documents were stored at the town hall until they were transferred to the State District Archives in Vyškov in 1967-1969. There the fonds was added to with land registers handed over from the State Regional Archives in Brno (now the Moravian Provincial Archives) and arranged.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The oldest mention of Rousínov dates from 1321. The market town was royal property until the mid-16th century and then in the hands of aristocrats - from 1593 it was owned by the noble house of Kaunitz. Since then it was part of the Manor in Slavkov u Brno. After 1848 it was an independent municipality. Jewish settlement is in evidence from 16th century. The Jewish political community existed there in 1848-1920, and merged with the Christian community in 1920. Rousínov belonged to the political districts of Vyškov in 1850-1855 and 1868-1949 and of Slavkov in 1855-1868 and to the judicial district of Slavkov in 1868-1949.
