- Administrative/biographical history:
- The origin of Pernink is associated with Jindřich Šlik and the discovery of local deposits of tin ore around 1532. From the beginning of the 17th century there was a decline in mining activity and a transition to other sources of livelihood. From 1850-1909 Pernink belonged to the political pistrict of Jáchymov and from 1910-38 to the political district of Nejdek. From 1938-45 it fell under Landrat Kraslice. The municipal office of Pernink ceased to exist in 1945 after the end of the German occupation.
