Other documents of interest include: a dispute between the town and Jew Jakob Ehrenzweig about serving of spirits 1821-1846; disputes between the town and the Jewish political community about land and houses 1892-1904, merging of the Jewish political community with the Christian one 1919-1920, Jews - evictees, property issues 1939-1941. Attention should also be devoted to electoral rolls from 1886 to 1938, census documents from 1910, building reports from 1932-1933, and a list of associations in Bzenec in 1922.
- Archival history:
- The documents were originally stored at the town hall, but the fonds has not been preserved in its entirety. The fonds is currently stored in the State District Archives in Hodonín.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Confirmed Jewish settlement in Bzenec (Bisenz in German) dates from the 16th century. After 1848 a Jewish political community was established, which carried out political administration of the Jewish quarter. In 1919 it was merged with the Christian community by the town of Bzenec. The Jewish political community in Bzenec fell in 1850-1919 under the district court in Uherský Ostroh and under the political districts of Uherské Hradiště in 1850-1855, 1868-1919 and of Uherský Ostroh in 1855-1868.
