Fuchsová 1840), population (settlements, weddings, deaths 1876), military records (supplementary lists 1860-1876, routine agendas 1876-1877, list of payers of military tax 1881-1901), building permits 1859-1913, trade licences 1876; accounting dossiers - book of income and expenses 1783-1864, including a list of town officials 1783-1809, book of income and expenses 1885-1890, budget 1903, accounting book of foundations 1857-1858 with an incremental register 1851, a diary of income and expenses of the poor fund 1881, including materials from an earlier period: a cash journal maintained in Hebrew from 1823, reports and assessments of tax from 1792-1814. From the Holocaust period, an overview of accounts with Jewish owners is included inorganically in fonds in 1943.
- Archival history:
- Documents were originally stored by the creator in the municipal house. Following the merger with the Christian community in 1919 the documents were taken over by the town of Bzenec, which in 1966 and 1980 transferred them to the State District Archives in Hodonín. There the documents of the Jewish political committee in 1998 were sorted from the fonds of the Bzenec Municipal Archive and the Municipal National Committee in Bzenec.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Confirmed Jewish settlement in Bzenec (Bisenz in German) dates from the 16th century. After 1848 a Jewish political community was established, which carried out political administration of the Jewish quarter. In 1919 it was merged with the Christian community by the town of Bzenec. The Jewish political community in Bzenec fell in 1850-1919 under the district court in Uherský Ostroh and under the political districts of Uherské Hradiště in 1850-1855, 1868-1919 and of Uherský Ostroh in 1855-1868.
