- Archival history:
- The archive material was extracted from the Stillhaltekommissar für Organisationen, Vereine und Verbände (STIKO) Reichenberg (Commisariat for organisations, clubs and associations) fonds which, in 1938-1939, included the abolished associations and organisations of the former political districts of Děčín and Rumburk. The documents were taken over by the State District Archives Litoměřice (the Liberec branch) in 1982. The fonds was arranged in 1989.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- A fragment of the documents comes from the Jewish community in Podmokly (Bodenbach). It was established in 1887, having 167 members. A year later, the Burial Association (Chevra Kadisha) was established. In the early 1930s, the village had 423 inhabitants and 11 expert committees.
