- The fonds contains the statues of the Jewish Religious Community of Jablonec nad Nisou and a wedding contract.
- Archival history:
- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- It was not until 1847 that the first Jewish family was allowed to settled in Jablonec nad Nisou. A Jewish prayer association was established there in 1872, becoming a religious community in 1878 (officially in 1893). The community was disbanded after the annexation of the Sudetenland by Nazi Germany in 1938 but resumed its activities after the Second World War.
