- The collection contains family records, various individual items (e.g. contracts, certificates, fragmentary correspondence, scrapbooks), as well as items added to the fonds of individual Jewish communities and of Prague Jewish associations and institutions.
- Archival history:
- These minor and individual items were acquired by the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from disbanded Jewish religious communities. They were gradually discarded from these groups of material while being processed. Specific material and individual items that have been acquired through donations or purchases are added to the collection on an ongoing basis.
