- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.

- The association was founded in 1877. In 1929, the name was changed to The Orphanage for Jewish girls, formerly Kreutzer Association, in Praha - Král. Vinohrady (Mädchen-Waisenhaus Israelitisches, früher Kreuzerverein, Prag - Kgl. Weinberge).
