- The fonds contains a register of synagogue seats, records of a Jewish school and a Hazkara of the associated community of Klonouky.
- Archival history:
- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Jewish settlement in Dambořice gradually grew from the 16th century onwards. The presence of a Jewish religious community is there is documented from the beginning of the 18th century at the latest. It was disbanded by the Nazis during the Second World War and did not subsequently resume its activities.
