- The fonds contains the statutes of the Jewish Religious Community of Zbraslav (1896), filing registers, minutes of meetings, election records, a membership list, correspondence, financial and tax records, construction-related documents, an inventory of the local synagogue, books/registers of a Jewish school, books/registers of the burial society (chevra kadisha), and records of the Pick family. It also contains material relating to the associated communities of Třebotov (minutes of meetings, a membership list, the statutes and records of the burial society (chevra kadisha) and Lochkov.
- Archival history:
- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- A small Jewish settlement in Zbraslav is documented from the beginning of the 18th century. A Jewish religious community was established there in 1893. It was disbanded by the Nazis during the Second World War and did not subsequently resume its activities.
