- The fonds contains a cash book and cemetery plans.
- Archival history:
- The records came to the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Jewish settlement in Svitavy did not begin until before the middle of the 19th century. A prayer association was established there after 1869 as part of the Jewish Religious Community of Jevíček, becoming a separate religious community in 1891. The community was disbanded after the annexation of the Sudetenland by Nazi Germany in 1938 and did not resume its activities after the Second World War.
