- This fonds is fragmentary and consists of meeting minutes (maintained until 1940), a banns registry (1892–1937), a cash book, and fragments of documents relating to the Jewish Women's Charity Association, including its statutes (1922).
- Archival history:
- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Jews are recorded as living in Čáslav in the 14th century. The Jewish settlement was disbanded in the 15th century. A Jewish community was established there in the second half of the 19th century. It was not re-established after the Second World War.
