- The fonds contains a land register (1701–1787), applications for Familiant status, the statutes of the Jewish Religious Community of Rousínov (1894, 1930?), election records, personnel files, registry records, official memoranda, construction-related documents, business records, financial and tax records, a register of synagogue seats, a ledger (pinkas) of the burial society (chevra kadisha), and family papers (Markus Löw, Max Löwenthal, Jakob Frey, Gottlob family, Heinrich Rüger, Richard Löw).

- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Jewish settlement in Rousínov is documented from the middle of the 16th century. The number of Jewish families there considerably increased during the 18th century, but rapidly declined in the latter half of the 19th century as a result of migration to larger towns. A Jewish religious community was probably in existence in Rousínov in the middle of the 16th century. It was disbanded by the Nazis during the Second World War.
