- Scope and content:
- The fonds contains minutes of meetings, official memoranda, registry records, correspondence, construction-related documents, financial records, a register of synagogue seats, statutes (1864, 1888, 1892, 1898) and records of the burial society (chevra kadisha), fragmentary material relating to Talmud Torah School and material of the associated community of Spomyšl. Minutes of meetings and financial registers date from up to 1940.

- The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Jewish settlement in Roudnice nad Labem existed from the first half of the 16th century. A religious community existed there, at the latest, from the 16th century. Roudnice nad Labem was the seat of the regional rabbinate in the 19th century. The community was disbanded by the Nazis during the Second World War and did not subsequently resume its activities.
