- The archive of the Jewish Community Agudas Achim contains documents from the 1940s to the present. They include lists of members, minutes and correspondence such as various applications from rabbis for vacant positions in the community.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Around 1890, Eastern European Jews who had moved to the area formed their own prayer community because of their basic religious Orthodox attitude, but the Orthodox community “Agudas Achim“ was not officially founded until the mid 1920s. Its prayer room was first located in Bertastraße, then in Erikastraße. The community maintained its own cemetery in Zurich-Albisrieden.
