- ZA15K 724 includes a variety of documents concerning the old Jewish cemetery of Meran between 1937 and 1949. The file contains a list of 671 people buried at the cemetery from 1873–1908. After this, funerals took place at the new Jewish cemetery. The file also includes correspondence of the cemetery administration, the Jewish community and the administration of Meran from 1949 concerning the cemetery, including a discussion about rectifications of the boundary of the cemetery and the expected costs. One discussion concerned the use of parts of the old Jewish cemetery for the military cemetery that was planned at the time. The file additionally includes correspondence produced during the German occupation of Meran and South Tyrol, including several resolutions concerning the old Jewish cemetery and what was to be done with it. There are also plans of the old Jewish cemetery and correspondence and resolutions concerning the cemetery produced in a period beginning before the outbreak of the Second World War and leading up to the German occupation of South Tyrol. ZA15K 1313 includes documents concerning an application for permission to view the material of the city archive submitted by a researcher and a letter from the municipal administration of Meran to the prefecture of Bozen concerning the Jewish cemetery. ZA15K 1314 includes a file concerning a decision of the city council of Meran on the installation of a plaque commemorating Franz Kafka in 1979.

- The collection ZA15K holds three files concerning the Jewish community of Meran. The city of Meran is one of the most important cities in Tyrol. It was the first capital of the princely county of Tyrol and from the middle of the 19th century one of the most visited spa towns in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The city archive of Meran holds files of the municipal administration.
