It holds the correspondence and the protocol of a trial in 1829 concerning the alimony of a child of Anna Katharina Welte and Samuel Joseph (also called Schmul). Samuel Joseph and Anna Katharina Welte had a short-lived affair and one of the consequences was the birth of a child. As Samuel Joseph refused to pay alimony for his child, Anna Katharina Welte went to court. The verdict of the court is not preserved. (Landgericht Sonnenbers, Nr. 3780)

- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Landgerichte (district courts) were introduced by the Bavarian rulers in 1806/1807 and were an institution that had administrative and jurisdictional duties. The Landgerichte (district courts) were in place until 1850, when their duties were split up and they were replaced by the Bezirkshaupmannschaften (district administrations) and the Bezirksgerichte (district courts) respectively.
