This collection is part of the Judicial Euboea Municipal Archive - General State Archives. It consists of 223 resolutions of the First Instance Court of Chalkida, under Obligatory Law 533/45, which aimed to penalise those who had collaborated with the occupiers during the period of WW2. Most of those resolutions are either exculpatory or are transferred to other judicial authorities due to lack of authority. From the entire set, the below relate to individuals of Jewish origin, as either victims or witnesses in cases against the collaborators:

- Archival history:
- The resolutions that comprise the archive of the Trials of the Chalkida Collaborators are drawn from the Chalkida First Instance Court. There is no exact date of their delivery to the Euboea Municipal Archives - General State Archives as historical evidence. In terms of internal numbering, the envelope bears the inscription Αρ. Β: Ε55 [No B:E55] and Special Index Number Δικ.5, Δεύτερη Παραλαβή [Jud. 5, Second Reception]. Names are not included to ensure protection of personal data. The CD was detached from the envelope, found at the Central Building of the General State Archives. The physical part of the Archive is in boxes at the building of the Euboea Municipal Archives, owing to its transfer to new facilities.
