- Duke Heinrich Julius zu Braunschweig and Lüneburg was able to acquire in 1599 the entire county of the counts of Reinstein and Blankenburg. The collection contains, among others, files regarding the following subjects: seizure and homage; land surveying; fief; estates; documentation of the cities of Blankenburg and Hasselfelde; trade privileges; rights of the Hochstift (prince bishopric) of Halberstadt to the county; borders; war, justice and consistorial matters; particulars. Within these files, petitions from Jews as well as trials involving Jews are to be found.
