- The collection contains city bills, also including a list of Jews of the city of Oldenburg who are required to make contributions to the rabbinate.
- Archival history:
- The rather extensive official register collections of the municipal archives (about 163 linear metres) is a typical mixed collection with different provenances. In addition to the documents of the old town hall registry, it also includes, among others, parts of the municipal archives of Eversten, Ohmstede and Osternburg (cf. collection F) as well as the former rural community of Oldenburg. The collection begins with the city law register from the first half of the 14th century. The record is patchy for the following century and does not improve until the 16th century. From then on the coverage can be described as satisfactory or good. The most recent items are minutes of the council (until 1956).
