- Of special interest is file Fasz. 12 concerning the supply of meat and fat to Jews living according to Jewish rites, including list of names, 1916/1920.
- Archival history:
- Some of the files created by the administration of economic regulations are already archived in the collections of the Oldenburg City Archives (holdings 262-1A) under Nos. 4170 to 4406. The remaining collection of 270 item has meanwhile been summarised and recorded in a special inventory. The basis for the list was the file plan developed from the First World War onward. Parallel files are located in the State Archives of Oldenburg, collection 136 (Oldenburg Ministry of the Interior), except under the above numbers.

- During the First World War (1914-1918), the Berlin Reich Administration ordered restrictions in many aspects of economic life. The implementation of these administrative regulations was usually the responsibility of the district administrator's offices and the magistrates of the unincorporated cities.
