- Of special interest are files in series 192, No. 31: buying of a house 1843-1846 from the shopkeeper's office, series 196; No. 20: Magnus in Suderburg, application for concession for cloth trade 1838, series 197; No. 40: files on the admission of the Jewish merchant Benjamin in Uelzen in 1848.

- The "old collection" of the magistrate files was created in 1842 and includes documents from the 14th to the 19th century. The collection is divided into four main parts: Sect. I Municipal Files, Sect. II Regiminalia, III Trade and Commerce, Sect. IV Police files. There are also various sub-divisions.
