- The collection contains documents relating to family and private life; management of a liquor store; mayor's office in Dassel; work as a property and estate manager in Dassel as well as in other companies and organisations; newspaper collection; miscellaneous documents. Of special interest to Jewish history are: Hamburger Familienblatt of 6 July 1933, including articles on the German-Jewish War Veterans’ Association; article about Semmy Steinberg, the oldest soldier in Hamburg; articles on the "Aryan paragraph," boycott of Jewish shops in the Rhineland, emigration recommendations for Jews; Der Schild, magazine of the German-Jewish War Veterans’ Association, including among others: supplement entitled "Die Kraft", paper on new professions, settlement, work service, youth physical training and sports, article on leadership issues among the German Jewry, article entitled "Wegweiser zum totalen Staat" ("Guide to the total State “).
