- Of special interest within this collection are: the lease of the so-called Blaue Werder, Feldmark Kirchweyhe, containing: continued lease to Jews; lawsuit of Berta Wittrock, Kirchweyhe, against the Prussian state, domain administration; leasing of the land in the Springe district to district governor (Amtshauptmann) Blumenbach as well as land exchange with the Israelite congregation in Springe; tapping of water the Mühlenkanal (mill canal) in Aerzen by Isaak Gutmann and the vegetable tanner Müller in Aerzen.

- After the dissolution of the Nienburg domanial treasury, the district government of Hannover transferred about 17 linear metres of files (Acc. 31/81) to the Lower Saxony Main State Archives of Hannover in February 1981, from which the collection for the Hann. 128 Nienburg collection is formed.
