- Of special interest within this collection is: transfer of Mithoff claim ceded to Lefman Behrens to the Jew Abraham Goldschmidt.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- In order to settle the debts of Duke Frederick of Wolfenbüttel, who held the principalities of Wolfenbüttel, Calenberg, Göttingen and Grubenhagen, a special asset was formed after his death from whose revenues the duke's debts were to be paid. The supervision of the management of this property rested in even years with the councillors, or ministers in Hannover, respectively, and in odd years the direction of this administration was transferred to the Braunschweig privy council college.
