- The collection consists of a single file of material relevant for the Law of the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service (“Gesetz zur Wiederherstellung des Berufsbeamtentums“). The Law was the National Socialists' most important tool for legally removing Jews and political opponents from the civil service. The file contains lists of civil servants and employees working in the departments of the town administration as well as lists of those civil servants and employees who were removed. It also includes individual complaints and correspondence on controversial removals.
