- The collection is divided into files of material relevant for the administration of the Jewish community in the towns of Geestemünde and Lehe, as well as (later) Wesermünde. The collections contain records relating to general administration, as well as – especially – discriminating tax files established under National Socialist rule. It also contains material relating to the destruction of Jewish businesses by the National Socialists, the destruction of the Jewish cemetery and the planning of its reconstruction in the 1950s.
