Collection DE1 comprises general material about Jewish life and related topics in all parts of Germany. It contains eight sub-divisions.
DE1-1 comprises material about current right-wing extremism.
DE1-2 includes material about remembrance work in the various German federal states.
DE1-3 includes general documents about German Jewry, including material about the time of National Socialism and the immediate post-war period.
DE1-4 to DE1-8 contain material about places and regions in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, including written records, surveys and photos.
