- Scope and content:
- The collection mainly comprises collections of genealogical tables and indexes of names. Of particular research interest is the "Neue Stammtafelsammlung" (New Collection of Family Trees), which originated primarily during the Nazi era and comprises research for the "Aryan Record", which meant that family histories were disclosed. There are also "Auszüge aus den Taufbüchern der fünf Hamburger Hauptkirchen betr. Taufen von Juden bis 1750“ (excerpts from the baptismal registers of the five main Hamburg churches concerning baptisms of Jews up to 1750) and works by the genealogist and archivist Dr. Jacob Jacobson.
