The collection comprises documents of the old County of Schaumburg concerning the relations with emperor and empire, feudal relationships, landscape, monasteries, cities and patches, knighthood, peasants, land administration, foreign possessions, debt, churches and schools such as:
K 1 Escort of Count Adolf to Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jew Heinemann of Hannover with freedom to five-year residence and business in Rinteln in 1582;
K 2 Announcement of Duke Heinrich Julius of Braunschweig-Lüneburg regarding expulsion of all Jews from the ducal lands, except for 1590;
K 3 Escort of Count Adolf of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jew Selichman in Minden for the territory of his county in 1597;
K 5 Protection and writ of escort of Count Adolf of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jew Heinemann in Rinteln 1601;
K 6 Protection and escort of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jew Isaac in Oldendorf and his brother Magnus in Obernkirchen in 1601;
K 7 Escort of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jews Nathan in Stadthagen, Jobst in Rodenberg, and Jacob in Obernkirchen in 1601;
K 8 Escort of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jews Isaac, Benidt, and Henning in Hagenburg and Simon in Rodenberg in 1605;
K 9 Letter of protection of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg for the Jew Leffmann in Hagenburg in 1606;
K 10 Mandate of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg for payment of the protection money of the Jews as well as written declaration of the Jew Nathan in 1606;
K 11 Receipt of payment of the protection of Jews by the Jew Nathan in Stadthagen in 1607;
K 12 Deed of Count Ernst of Holstein-Schaumburg due to relinquishment of the protected relatives in the county from the obligation to exchange Reich thalers in 1607.
