- The collection of the Lyzeum [girls' high school] Kleine Burg includes documents relating to Jewish pupils, such as No. 4: Documents on the State Youth Day, also: Exclusion of a Jewish student from national political education (1934-1936), No. 24: General school issues; secondary schools; compulsory education; trust and parents committee; politics at school; descent, heredity, "race" (e.g.: Circular on Jewish students attending) (1926-1968), No. 26: specific school girls (school certificates for the Jewish students: Miriam Frank; Marianne Esberg (married name Steiner); Eva Sophie Heinemann (married name Kress); Maria Scheyer (married name Hobson)) (1952-1963).

- The girls' high school "Lyzeum Kleine Burg," which has existed since 1957, has its historical roots as early as 1814. In 1863, it was taken over by the city as a public secondary school for girls. Until 1939, it was the only public high school for girls in the city.
