- The special collection of the registries of Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun county officials comprises various kinds of personal documentation, among them the personal registration cards of employees from 1946-1947, including about a dozen Jews, the list of low-ranking employees of Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun county from 1938, including two persons of Jewish origin, and the withdrawal of the licence of the owner of the restaurant operating in the main building of the mayor’s office from 1940. Besides, the collection holds the personal records of perpetrators of anti-Jewish policies and the Holocaust from all ranks of the local administration.

- The registries of county officials and employees had been kept in the Subprefect’s office of Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun County since the 1880s and were handed over to the Pest County Archives in 1950.
- Administrative/biographical history:
- Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun County was created by the unification of the historical Pest-Pilis-Solt County and the special administrative district of Kiskunság in 1876. It was the largest and most populous public administration unit of post-World War I Hungary. Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun County was dissolved in the 1950 administrative reform.
