The documents, covering the period 1948-1993, comprise: minutes of the Presidency of OO SUBNOR, annual assemblies, local unions, various commissions (for dealing with veterans issues, nurturing revolutionary traditions, for decorations, economic and housing assistance), providing certificates for war veteran status, work plans, programs and reports, normative acts, balance sheets and payrolls.
The collection also includes lists of war victims from 1941-1945 which provide the names of perished, executed, dead and missing persons, among them a large number of Jews from the area of Novi Pazar. For each victim a card was compiled containing the following information: Republic, Municipality, place of census, ordinal number of the census district, ordinal number of households in the Register (Kontrolnik), ordinal number of the census, surname, father's name and first name, sex, year and place of birth, nationality, occupation prior to 6 April 1941, place of permanent residence prior to 6 April 1941, category of victim (perished, executed, killed, died or disappeared), date of death (day, month, year), the way the victim lost his life (killed, died, disappeared), the place where the victim lost his life (name of the camp, prison, name of the military unit, place of forced labour, etc.), place and time spent in internment, prison, deportation, war captivity and/or forced labour, surviving members of the victim's immediate family (surname and first name, age, relationship to the victim), the person who gave the notice of the victim (surname, father's name and first name, place of residence, street and house number, relationship to the victim ).
The following Jewish families appear on these cards: Montije (11 members), Koen (5 members), Mentović (18 members), Konforti (11 members), Israel (10 members), Đoja (1 member), David (5 members), Gaon (1 member), Bahar (14 members), Ašarević (2 members), Papo (17 members).

- The documents were transferred to the Archives in 1977 (Acquisition book Ref. No. 92) and in 1993 (Acquisition book Ref. No. 208)
- Administrative/biographical history:
- The Municipal Committee of the Union of the War Veterans of the National Liberation War, Novi Pazar was established in 1947. In line with the administrative-territorial changes, the authority of the Municipal Committee changed accordingly. The scope of activities included organising celebrations of the revolution, the status of war veterans in society, providing aid to their families, etc. The Municipal Committee is still active at time of writing.
