The collection contains various records relating to Jewish history; such as a census of the Jewish population since the beginning of the occupation, compiled by location which came under the competency of the District People's Committee and the census of those who never returned to their homes. The censuses include only figures, no names. The list of private buildings which changed ownership to state-owned includes Jewish owners, likewise the lists of expropriated properties, or those of purchased and sold buildings, or uninhabited building and those which were handed-over to the Fund of Public Property. In cases of nationalisation of property of Jews who left for Israel after the war some additional data may be included, such as lawsuits filed for establishing rights over such property. In the file related to the sequestration of property a few cases were preserved: “Centralna Štedionica“ in Novi Kneževac, previously owned by Jews who deported by the occupying forces; the property of the Jewish religious community of Novi Kneževac was also sequestrated, likewise in the village of Sanad.
In the files related to post-war colonisation, names of Jews were recorded whose property was distributed from the Fund of the Public Property. Thus, when a site was given for establishing a football field, it was noted that the previous owner was a Jew, as was the case with the building for housing a state authority and the construction of the Adventist Church.
Of the cases filed with the District Court in Kneževac, many were declarations of death for missing persons who never returned after the war, or to appoint guardians for their remaining property. Data on the Jewish residents were found in the lists of owners whose properties were confiscated, expropriated or nationalised, but never registered. A file of the expropriation of the property of the industrialist Artur Lederer from Čoka was also preserved. There is also a record regarding the collection of donations for the "Forest of the Martyrs" in Israel.
