- This fonds contains documents of the Gobio family from Mantua. There are a few public and private documents written by some members of the Cantoni, a Jewish family, in folders no. 2 and 7.
- Archival history:

The Gobio Casali family fonds was severely damaged during the Second World War and most of the documents were destroyed. The remaining documents that make up the archive today were donated to State Archive of Mantua in 1997; they have been reorganised and inventoried according to the order given by Innocente Gobio in 1853.
