- The collection documents the activities of the local government of Telavi: meetings of the town's representatives, correspondence on the construction of shops and houses, lists of residents, taxation and military conscription lists, papers on the town's budget. The Jewish-related materials include mention of Jewish residents and Jewish visitors of Telavi in certain administrative materials.
