- The collection includes lists, questionnaires and certificates of employees of the People's Nazirat of the Enlightenment of Bukhara People's Soviet Republic as well as questionnaires and lists of students wishing to enrol in the University of Turkestan, which include Jews (1923-24); mandate of the rector of Comrade Meerzon Central Asian University about his business trip to Germany (1924); minutes of the meeting of the Jewish section of the Karakul District Executive Committee (1924); correspondence with the Regional Revolutionary Committee about training courses for Jews in Bukhara, sending students to courses, opening schools, school and similar issues (1920). The collection also contains an agreement with M Y Ginzburg, an engineer, about the establishment of an art and industrial museum in Bukhara .
