- According to the order of the Union of People's Commissars of Turkestan Territory from 23 November 1917, the food commissioner headed the Food Board of Turkestan Territory, which in 1919 was renamed the People's Commissariat on Food of the Turkestan ASSR (Turknarkomprod). It was abolished in 1923.
