- The collection contains orders and instructions of civil-military authorities of the region; lists of Bukharan Jews arriving in the province including first name, last name, patronymic, rank, date of arrival, place of previous residence, residence address, area of speciality and handicraft certificate (1894, 1903-04); lists of Jews baptised according to the Lutheran rite (1914); lists of European and native Jews residing permanently or temporarily in the Russian part of Tashkent (1912); lists of Bukharan Jewish residents subjected to expulsion (1910); lists of Tashkent Jewish settlers (1899); lists of foreign Jews employed in the Orenburg-Tashkent railway construction (1902); correspondence with the head of Tashkent about Jewish residency rights and crafts engagement (1904); lists of Jewish merchants (1913); lists of Tashkent Jewish refugee craftsmen; lists of Jews called to the front; lists of Jews with relatives in Tashkent (1916); data on the number of industrial enterprises owned by Jews in Tashkent and in the Syr Darya region (1899); applications for temporary residence in Tashkent; reports on the submission of documents for registration, the provision of passports and new Jewish arrivals in the city (1910, 1912, 1916); lists of passports and Tashkent residence certificates issued to Jews (1913); and statistical information about the population's religion (1890, 1894, 1904) and about Jewish educational institutions in the Russian part of Tashkent (1904).
