Administrative/biographical history:
Marcel Dieu a.k.a. Hem Day (1902-1969) was an anarchist militant, publisher, author and lecturer. He supposedly had a bookshop in the centre of Brussels since 1938. Dieu was the secretary of the Comité Internationale de Défense Anarchiste and member of the pacifist War Resisters International, of which he founded the Belgian section.
