The collection includes decisions of the Omsk City Duma on various issues, including that of the establishment of police posts at the expense of the Jew E.Y. Meyer; documents from 1917 on the correspondence of the Omsk spiritual consistory with the chief of police of Omsk city, the people's militia and Omsk rabbi regarding conversion of Jews from Orthodoxy back to Judaism; the case of Akmola regional board of the opening of the Omsk Society of Handicrafts and Agricultural Work among the Jews of Russia, the Charter of the Society of Handicrafts and Agricultural Work among the Jews of Russia in 1917; correspondence with Kokchetav county police about registration of Jewish physicians; correspondence with the head of the river warehouses and warehouse of the department of agriculture and state property of Tobolsk province with Omsk military hospital and the city police regarding registration of Jewish doctors; the files of medical department of the Akmola regional department regarding the service of Jews.
