Scope and content:: The collection contains orders; minutes of meetings of the Presidium of the Omsk Provincial Council of National Economy [Omskgubsovnarhoz]; minutes of meetings calculating Commission for conflicts; correspondence with the Kalachinsky Authorized Representative about all main activities; profiles of employees of the Omsk Provincial Trade Bureau [Omgubtorg]; mandates and certificates.

There are 104 personal files, including 5 cases of Jews. Personal files contain a form with personal information, marital status, place of birth, language skills, occupation, monthly income, military service, criminal records, party membership, White relatives, social status, attitude to Soviet authorities, residence prior to arrival in Siberia, activities during the February revolution, an extract from the orders for appointment to position and orders for dismissal.
