Scope and content:: The collection contains decisions, minutes of meetings of the executive committee, instructions, lists, questionnaires of employees of the executive committee, work plans of the executive committee and its departments, reports on the main indicators of national economic and cultural construction, information on the size of the population, information on the participation of national minorities (including Jews) in the election campaigns. Jews appear on the lists of authorised officers for re-election in village Soviet [Selsoviet] in different areas. There are materials relating to the organisations from which Jews were sent; the documentation on the procedure for the election of members of national minorities in the village Soviets, including information on persons deprived of their electoral rights on the basis of Jewish nationality, letters, petitions of Jews to include them to the lists of voters. Personal information, biography, family history, social origin, extracts from the work book, certificate of employment, membership in organisations and societies are also provided.
