The collection includes Regulations of the Jewish benevolent society (1923). Lists and personal cards of members and candidates of the executive committee, provincial executive committees, district executive committees, volost' executive committee (1924). Lists, applications, autobiographies and travel identity of members of executive committee, chairmen of executive committees, People's Court and the people's assessors (1925). Data on religious communities and circles by counties in Omsk province (1924). Personal file of the chairman of the executive committee Gransberg (1923) containing information about the following persons: Pelmenshteyn, Kantselson, Markov, Sheftel, Gimer, Kasperovich, Haimovich. List of delegates of the 5th Congress of the Provincial Councils, among which appear Yuri Lazarevich Perelman, Elizaveta Abramovna Shtein-Altantseva, Yakov Abramovich Enns.
