This collection contains a wide variety of papers created by the Town Hall of Radăuți from the Austro-Hungarian period until the early communist period. The material covers all areas of town administration, including elections, property administration and overseeing of professional organisations. Material specifically related to the Jewish population includes information on cultural and professional organisations, many of which were Jewish, files related to the deportation of Jews (euphemistically termed "evacuation") and handling of the remaining property, bids for market stalls (many made by Jews) and various files on impoverished survivors of Transnistria requesting welfare or proof of citizenship.
