Scope and content:: The fonds contains a marriage approval register (1834–1879) and registers of a Jewish school.

Archival history:: The records were incorporated into the archives of the Jewish Museum in Prague during the Second World War as part of shipments of material from Jewish religious communities that had been disbanded.

Administrative/biographical history:: Sporadic Jewish settlement in Kamenice nad Lipou is documented from around 1600. A modern-day religious community came into existence in about 1870. The community was disbanded by the Nazis during the Second World War and did not subsequently resume its activities.
